Ryan Farr, Head Men's Lacrosse Coach, MVNU
Farr has spent over a decade coaching at the youth, high school and college ranks, having coached both the men's and women's games at each of those levels. As a high school coached, he amassed an overall record of 61-19 coaching boys at Canfield HS (2011-2012) and Lake HS (2013-2015) and coaching girls at Louisville HS (2015-2018). After this, he was brought on to help build the men's and women's lacrosse programs at MVNU, helping the men's program to their first winning record in 2021 and the women's program to their first victory in program history that same year. Farr played lacrosse at Malone University in Canton, Ohio
Ryan Bailey, Defensive Coordinator/Asst. Head Coach, MVNU
Bailey is entering his 4th season with the MVNU lacrosse team. He started coaching when MVNU was a club program in 2018, serving as the Goalie Coach before being promoted to defensive coordinator and assistant head coach when the team went varsity in 2019. Bailey came to MVNU after serving as a four-year starter at the goalie position for his high school team as well as serving in numerous coaching positions at the youth level.
